A 50% advance payment is required to secure the booking and initiate session preparations.
 

Based on the proposal, a detailed quotation will be shared, including session fees, materials (if required), and any additional costs.

For offline events, the host is responsible for arranging the venue, audio-visual equipment, and necessary supplies.

Review the quotation and confirm acceptance via email or written agreement.
 

The remaining 50% payment must be completed immediately after the session.
